The 12 Life Palaces

Zi Wei Dou Shu divides life into 12 palaces, each governing a specific area. Your birth date and time determine which stars fall into which palace. The arrangement of all 12 palaces creates a complete map of your destiny: who you are, what you do, how you love, what you earn, how you heal and where you go.

How Palaces Work

The 12 palaces are arranged in a fixed order around the chart. The Life Palace is always the starting point. The other 11 palaces follow in sequence: Life → Siblings → Spouse → Children → Wealth → Health → Travel → Friends → Career → Fortune → Property → Parents. Each palace also connects to adjacent palaces and to opposite palaces through specific relationships.

Reading the Chart

Step 1: Identify your Life Palace and the main star within it. Step 2: Read each palace in sequence, noting the stars and their positions. Step 3: Check palace-to-palace relationships. Step 4: Consider how your 10-year luck cycles activate different palaces. Step 5: Integrate all information into a complete life reading.
